Dosage and method of use
Batch preparation:
dissolve 40 g of powder (2 scoops) in 500 ml of water.
Before the race (during warm-up) drink 150-250 ml of drink, during the load 150 ml every 15 minutes.
The recommended daily dose is 500 ml.
