Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1 tablet at the beginning of each consumption of milk, dairy products or medicines containing lactose. Swallow and drink the tablet.If necessary, increase a single dose to two tablets, depending on the amount of milk sugar consumed – lactose.If you continue to consume dairy food for 30-45 minutes, take another tablet.
