The acid-base balance under control
- Collect morning urine in a clean cup.
- Remove the test stick and immerse all test fields in the urine for 1 second, pull out and shake off excess liquid.
- Compare the color of the test fields with the color scale within 2 minutes. Read the corresponding value.

Discard used test strips.
To determine changes in pH, the test should be carried out daily over a longer period of time. Dietary behavior can influence the result.
