Valerian “Sanova” night coated tablets are a herbal medicine with calming and tension-relieving properties to promote sleep readiness. They are used for problems falling asleep and staying asleep.
Application:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 – 2 coated tablets half an hour to an hour before bedtime. If necessary, an additional 1 – 2 coated tablets at an earlier time in the course of the evening. Maximum daily dose: 4 coated tablets. The coated tablets should be swallowed whole with sufficient non-alcoholic liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).
Special Notes:
It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age, as there is insufficient research.

300 mg valerian root extract, 39.0 mg lactose monohydrate, 122.8 mg sucrose, 63.8 mg glucose.
