Fytofem PMX is a dietary supplement for women in capsule form containing chamomile, lady’s mantle, vitamin E and evening primrose oil.
- Chamomile (Vitex agnus castus) is a plant that supports menstrual comfort, cognitive function and acts as an antioxidant. Fytofem PMX contains a high quality alcohol extract 10:1.
- Evening primrose supports metabolic functions, menstrual comfort and contributes to the normal condition of the skin. The main component of evening primrose oil is gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
- Alchemilla vulgaris positively affects (before) menstrual comfort, helps the normal condition of joints, muscles and refreshes the body. Lady’s mantle offers a wide range of natural flavonoids. Fytofem PMX contains high-quality alcohol extract 10:1 with a high content of preserved natural substances.
- Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day. In the last week of the menstrual cycle (that is, before bleeding), you can enhance the effect by increasing the dose to 2 capsules per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).
